“Blockchain Thailand Genesis 2022” known as the biggest blockchain conference in Thailand truly lives up to its name as it returns for the 5th year under the theme “Road to Web3”, creating opportunities for Thai people to learn about the new digital age, which features the evolution of Web 3.0, the future of a potentially decentralized internet ecosystem. The event is also expected to provide a golden opportunity for Thai people and Thai businesses to achieve economic stability, sustainability, and advancement of the Thai economy to the top of ASEAN.
Mr. Suppakrit Bunsat, President of Thai Digital Asset Association, said: “Thai Digital Asset Association is one of the organizations driving Thailand towards a new era of digital assets. I, as the president of the association, expect the association to be a crucial part in giving essential knowledge to crypto enthusiasts to understand blockchain technology as well as encourage entrepreneurs in Thailand to use blockchain to maximize their businesses effectively.” Therefore, Thai Digital Asset Association and Cryptomind Group have joined forces to host Thailand’s biggest blockchain event, “Blockchain Thailand Genesis” for its fifth year. It is held under the title “Blockchain Thailand Genesis 2022: Road to Web3 – presented by 100X and Bitazza” on 26–27 November 2022 at the Royal Paragon Hall, 5th floor, Siam Paragon. This year’s event is bigger than all of the previous years as it takes place in a larger venue with a wider range of activities. The 2-day event is packed with 3 stages, over 30 sessions, more than 80 leading Thai and international speakers, and many fun activities for attendees to win various prizes. For competent knowledge, attendees also have access to more than 10 carefully selected quality workshops. In addition, there are more than 40 booths from leading tech companies at the event.
The Road to Web3 theme is about Web 3.0, the decentralize Internet’s future, which is the concept of smarter future websites that use new technologies and gather various information into the network to be the world’s source of data without intermediaries. Web 3.0 is open for everyone to help maintain data (Blockchain), and is the foundation of Cryptocurrency, DeFi, Metaverse, and NFT.

Mr. Sanjay Popli, Chief Executive Officer of Cryptomind Advisory Company Limited and Advisor of Thai Digital Asset Association, the main host of Blockchain Thailand Genesis, stated that “In 2021, the total cryptocurrency market capitalization reached approximately USD 3 trillion. Numerous new crypto projects have been built and developed, resulting in a global trend of investments in more alternative assets such as cryptocurrencies, and an increase in the flow of money from various financial institutions into the crypto industry.
